I love Concentrix company!! Great place.

Cons

It's okay, but some of the new people and I felt uncomfortable with the bad smell of breathing. And place a new make for a few air conditioners. It smells good.

Concentrix is a very good company. It’s a better company for inclusion and diversity summit for the deaf. HR and TL support for disability. All inspired me about the company. The company is better for BPO in advisor 1 transaction processing. As a fresher, I joined Concentrix with a goal to work in an IT company. Not all companies can accept this, but Concentrix selected me. I am positioned as an advisor 1 in transaction processing.

Cons

All Concentrix companies are good, but not all staff members understand deaf culture. Why is there such a hearing focus and lack of understanding about deaf culture? Deaf culture includes beautiful sign language. Do deaf individuals need to focus on speaking to fit into hearing culture? There are differences between deaf culture and hearing culture.
