They give Salary on time.

Cons

No work life balance, they will take your 14 hours a day and will call it a shift of 8.5 hours. You will not get time to eat drink or pee and they will make you work like robots with some super power who must have 100% efficiency otherwise u r waste

No benifits No increment in CTC No bonus No career growth Even if we work there for 3 or 4 years they won't hike our salary and position too
