I only liked the locality of the company

Cons

No work life balance They don't even give good response when you leave There is no coordination between managers and senior managers Senior managers behave like they are the boss and company will run as per their decisions Senior management just suppresses the people working under them. Also this company will ask you for unnecessary payments when you leave.
