Horrible Work Environment Disorganized
Pros
The hourly pay for seasonal is reasonable. Security staff are very nice. There's a great view from the parking lot so it's a great place to watch the balloons from. Some of the TL are pretty nice. The microwave works.
Cons
I've done 2 training classes and they are hideous. Inconsistent, disorganized. One trainer consistently gave wrong information, was hostile and highly aggressive to females. There's no one to report problems to. The equipment is in disrepair and classrooms are disgusting. The bonus structure is intentionally set up for failure. You work with systems that don't integrate and go down constantly. The lying by upper management is consistent. Your paperwork will not get done on time or sent in on time or done right. There were several people unable to sell just sitting and waiting and there was 7 weeks prior for it to be done. The communication does NOT exist at this company.
