Great culture, projects and huge amounts of potential.

Pros

Projects are unique and great in general. I admire the collaboration of project teams and bond even with difficult clients - it's the nature of the game and having great people to work with makes all the difference. You can carve your own career path and there's no resistance from management.

Cons

The on-boarding experience was sub par and I wish more was done - coming into a new job can be unnerving at times and it would be great if more investment was done to make people feel welcome. Finance/Operations can be more streamlined/transparent so that requests aren't sitting in the dark.

Good Salaries. Friendly and helping team. Very flexible on WFH policy. Regular social gathering. Socialising activities like, Free Friday lunch, Friday Quiz, TM day for research, lunch and learn, Summer and Christmas parties, games after work. Opportunity to work on multiple projects. Opportunity to work in international offices around the globe. Handy budget for career development and separate handy budget for personal development Free breakfast in a good restaurant once in every 2 weeks (limited places) Generous paid annual holidays Regular 1-1 and time provided to complete your quarterly goals and objectives.

Cons

Smaller desks than average size. Sometime, work pressure is imposed by clients.
