No time off for Covid vaccine, Way too small teams so if one person is sick then prepare to sweat and stress out all day, Company saw the Agents have their work quadruple during COVID and yet did not hire more people. Agent were then offered 2 bucks worth of chocolate after 9 months of pure and genuine hell during difficult times that could have been avoided. Micro managed so much, No free parking, although there is plenty of parking, you just can't use it, not even for a fee No canteen No eating area other than standing in front of the microwave in the kitchen, in everyone's way, you gotta eat at your desk then No health insurance No sick pay before 2 years in the company No gym membership like EVERY other office we have in the world ! Managers are Yes-Man with no power to help the little guy, no backbone, no friendly side No Xmas bonus, nothing whatsoever Chairs in the office are full of stain, sticky, stinky and broken to the max No communication whatsoever between Teams and departments No way to move up, regardless of how long you've been in the company Lots of new recruits seem to quit after one week in the job Lack of training
