workculture, leadership, Worklife balance, learnings, growth, good management all the above mentioned thing are good,so we can join confidently.

Cons

There is nothing much to as negatives,but as per my experience hike was bit low,s they need to focus on hikes.again its depends on the skills and experience you have.no need to consider that much,if you skill you will get paid obviously
