I have nothing to appreciate about this company

Cons

Toxic work culture. No incentives although you work for more than stipulated hours. Unrealistic targets set to avoid paying the incentives. Management does not bother about the concerns raised. Attrition rate is high and so co workers are constantly on pressure to cop up the work. Package offered is way lesser than market value.
