Pros

Pros are freedom, work pressure is less compared to my previous company.

Cons

Cons are like there is no proper planning what they are doing sometimes,there is no benefits for male employees, no team outing from the company budget, transportation is worst charges will be applicable for male employees and no proper routing they blindly just roast the cab and they dont even think abt the routing I think, and they dont have proper resources to solve the queries.
