      Used to give tuition refund - not anymore. Stagnant salary - you keep what you get when you are hired first time, for next several years.

      Fellow employees are always good team members. Conduent usually selects qualified team members.

      Cons

      Cut throat approach to employee management. Outsourcing is the number one option and if your position can be outsourced at a lower cost, regardless of experience, tenure, or performance, you are gone..with no alternatives.
