Pros

The base salaries are somewhat competitive

Cons

There are plenty. First and foremost, they do not treat their employees well or value them at all. Especially their salespeople. They have demonstrated this by lying to the sales team when they hired them about the state and development stage of their product line, and then after hiring the sales team they ended up changing the commission plan from what they promised and stated upon hire- cutting it in half the following year! This company is also extremely cheap. This is evident in the horrible and very expensive health benefit package and 401k plan- no company match until after a full year! Their T&E Expense policy is the worst I have ever seen and they also have not made a real financial commitment to invest in the product line and support the necessary events and trade shows in order to develop business. Their is also a real lack of leadership, right up to the top! They have absolutely no vision and no clue at all on what needs to be done to be successful! All potential applicants please beware of this company! Stay away!!

Pros

Conduent sends you a paycheck every two weeks

Cons

Conduent is now screwing up their key business in transportation. Transportation including tolling and transit have been two big money makers. But because senior management doesn't like customers or employees, they have mismanaged several large clients. Read this article and it will tell you what you need to know. Conduent says they are fixing the problems, but the cultural rot that has taken hold at Conduent will take years to fix.

Pros

Work from home. Easy to get hired.

Cons

Where do I start? This is my second time working for them. First time it wasn’t so bad but things have gotten bad. Training was great but nesting was all over the place. Many questions went unanswered bc they simply didn’t know. A lot of us in my training class couldn’t log into their systems untilthe end of our last day of nesting therefore we didn’t know how to properly use the systems. We also ended nesting without finding out who our supervisors were for production. So during our first day in production we literally had to speak with multiple people each to find out what team we were on so that we could have access to the chat rooms we’re supposed to get help from. To this day a few of us still don’t know who our supervisors are bc no one has reached out even after a million emails. They also gave us permanent shifts before training started but now they are completely different with varying off days that change every week. It’s like they literally tell you one thing but do another. My supervisor seems a bit standoffish, like I can’t really talk to them without them thinking I’m dumb.
