Pros

The interview and hiring process was very quick for me. It took me no longer than two weeks from the interview to start the job. I am still training but so far it seems like a good fit. My trainer is awesome. She definitely makes the training fun. I can tell already though, that it will not be easy at first. There is a lot to learn as far as the client they have me working on. Working from home is also a PRO. They offer a lot of overtime. An hour for lunch Pay is competitive compared to other work at home jobs

Cons

The training is interactive so although you work from home, you have to look decent everyday because you will be seen. That may vary client to client though. The training moves quickly and nearly nothing is repeated.

Pros

Great company if you are in India or from India. If not, your pink slip is in the mail. Entry level positions will still be a good option for jobs that remain stateside as those have advancement opportunities. You have a pay check. Telecommuting was a bonus but per the announcement this week, that is ending. The old company motto is what got me - 'we do what others say cannot be done.' that is not Conduent. Conduent is all about new employees from India. Ashok has made some positive steps - the company is finally making some smart decisions in bringing everyone under 1 umbrella and eliminating all the duplication of functions & services. There are eliminating a lot of the top resources in a top heavy organization

Cons

Every decision relating to employees will result in a decrease in pay or benefits. No career advancement. No raise/job opportunities unless you leave and come back or are at an entry level position. The company is moving all resources to India - even the US based employees are all from India.. Per Townhall this week - India is where you can expect jobs to move. Management did mention a raise coming up in 2019 but after 10 years of pay cuts/no raises, doubt it will be relevant. The company never reviews previous decisions to see if they results they expected are what they got and therefore, they move forward with no regard for whether what they are doing will accomplish the results they are after. They make their profits on the employee's backs. The newest thing is for the employee to finance corporate required travel. They say they will reimburse, but expect it to take > 60 days. When they RIF, they do not care for how good the employee is. There is zero attempt to place them in other positions. Management cares about offshore resources but give zero about US based resources. Pay for existing staff is WELL below market.

Pros

The best reasons to work there are colleges. Wish I could list some positives but since becoming Conduent there is nothing I can really say.

Cons

No salary increases, bad communication. Only main focus is on the US and India not Europe. Say they care about employees and then do nothing to show for it except give no salary reviews, cut benefits and do rounds of RIFs every year.
