If I could give this a no star I would! I started training in July, upon hiring was told it was a 6 week course, once equipment was received and set up in home, we were informed traning was 3 weeks, content was horrible! The pace was ridiculous. They do not listen to you when you say you are struggling with something, On the phone second week into training not knowing nearly enough information. Company seems to set you up for failure. I did the job as long as I possibly could with out losing my mind. Compensation is not nearly close to what it should be. They are a bottom line company, are you on the phone making money for them. If not you are berated and made to feel inadequate

totally biased spies all over onsite off shore cold war , they dont like each other low level politics and favouritism keep gossiping outdated technology and backed work old people are reluctant to changes and play with your lives very disgusting old people go to any extent to save their favourits lot of linguistic group-ism people tend to align with person having power trying to be tea/cigarette partner no hike , no new things to learn hard working people are misused , tickets are worked by hard working fellow and updated as resolved by some useless old timer manager if you have to have immunity just become favourite or align with some old timer , and work dont work does not matter victimise a poor person for failure
