Nice building and great location

Cons

Company is laying off people every other Friday. No real communication from the management. Everyone is in fear of losing their job. No one knows when the lay offs will stop. Benefits are decreasing. Emails from the CEO are sent out every week and occasionally he expresses how important the employees are but it is certainly not felt at this level. Maybe executives are happy but many of them are also being laid off.

To date, one of the few perks has been the ability to work from home. Technology is sufficient to keep teams connected and productive

Cons

The new leadership is rapidly cutting costs, sites and employees in an effort to streamline operations. The cuts in staff along with rapid site closure is extremely taxing on remaining overworked staff.

Constant layoffs. It is a shell of a company - there is no talent left and the company is selling vaporware in my opinion. Lack of understanding / ethics among remaining leadership. For example, they have hired tens of sales people at VP levels but they have nothing to sell. However, they don't lay them off. Questionable choice of leadership for certain lines of business, appear to be based on friendships rather than qualifications.
