A paycheck, if you can sell, commission “opportunities”.

Cons

Got hired for billing, was trained to code new accounts, got no billing training at all. Their programs are old snd they crash daily and you are told to keep handling the call like everything is okay. Parking sucks. They’ll change your shift whenever it suits them so you wont get overtime. Customers are rude. You’ll be told that you’ll get an extra quarter after training and you won't get it. Cox is a horrible company. The place stinks. Carpet hasn’t been vacuumed in years. Headsets are subpar. Shift bids are a lie. The wages are not competetive. Save yourself the ttouble.

The company is global and secure. Paid time off is based on the amount of years you have worked there. Health,Dental ,401k The usual benefits you get with a Corp.

Cons

Micro manage. Management treats you like your in high school. Bathroom breaks you have to sign in and out and those are deducted from your 30 minuets you get per day. 30 Minuet lunch. No pay raises.

Great pay, work from home, discounts, 401k, laid back job once you get the hang of it. Lots of room for advancement

Cons

The management is really bad... That's all I'm going to say. This is why I do not see a future with this job. My supervisor is pretty cool, and helpful... but the management is arrogant. They blame employees for tech issues and feel like you're supposed to find a way to fix it, though it's out of our control. I SEE NO FUTURE WITH A JOB LIKE THIS. I have been able to establish a nice fat savings account with the job but nothing I see a future in.
