Pros

company allows you to work overtime. Company pays average rates for this position. Company offers great benefits for medical and dental. And 401(k). Company offers other incentives for example signing people up for memberships. Room for growth

Cons

company supervisors and team leaders do not get their facts together and in unison. Some supervisors do not handle any complaints from a customer. One hour mandatory overtime. not enough training for the type of knowledge we are supposed to retain. some company supervisors, quality assurance, and team leaders love to throw people "under the bus" which means they want take responsibility for their own actions.

It's a real company, been there for years, it's not that bad once you get used to the real world. They mostly just want you to show up. That's all ya gotta do. Show up on time and do your best and it's a good income stream

Cons

Their incessant need to clamp down on you with ridiculous, silly, and pointless rules that have no effect on the job.

The vision and direction of the company seems to be great.

Cons

The amount of layoffs and the severance pay was a slap in the face. No matter how tenured you are, you will get a maximum of 4 weeks severance.
