Hire some positions with only 6 months customer service experience. Company provided dual monitor computer work station for remote positions. Helped explain eligibility requirements for NJ Medicaid. Assisted callers to understand the needed financial and citizenship verification documents to qualify for NJ Medicaid. Meaningful work.

Cons

I enjoyed the job but would have appreciated a couple more dollars an hour.
