There are no pros in this organization. If you are over 35 only then this organization is for you. Because you'll have plenty of time to do your personal work.

Cons

1. No increment in the last two years. 2. Outdated technology which is not being used by any other organizations. 3. No future here. 4. If you stay here more than 2 years, you have to learn something new or prepare from the basics for a job change. 5. Poor management.

On time salary Good company for Freshers If you want to just stay in same company with not much expectations for salary hike and growth then go for this.

Cons

No hikes for 2 years There are many ppl to assign tasks but less ppl to work on the issues Need to work on tight schedules and releases which leads to weekend support No appreciation or rewards for hardwork Managers are just available to remind team members to complete mandatory trainings and fill timesheet
