Amazingly talented and passionate people to work with. Great product concepts.

Cons

Technology leaders continue making the same mistakes over and over and over, never learning to make things better, more efficient, or effective. Quantity over quality has been and continues to be their motto regardless of how many times they say things are changing. Dishonest and misleading communications to clients. Company leadership does not listen to employees and as a result they have lost many very talented people who have left for better working environments.

1. Benefits have been stripped away. 2. Blatant nepotism in all aspects of the company 3. No rewards for good performance, good performers are leaving en masse 4. No vision - everyone is reacting to their boss and refuses to accept the risk that comes with making decisions.

racism problem, no raises or promotions ( you can be doing T1 ios for two years without promotions with this company). No vacation after one year. Outsourced HR ( all upper management is outsourced)
