      Pros

      Enjoyed the people, working from home and the flexibility.

      Cons

      No raises. Expected to work long hours. If the managers did not make their yearly budget, they had to let people go. Jobs were offshored.

Officers appear to be intent on chainsawing out certain lines of business and crippling real attempts to improve what's left through arbitrary RIFs, intentional ignorance about the true state of affairs, and clear hypocrisy between public statements and internal actions

      Cons

      Cut throat approach to employee management. Outsourcing is the number one option and if your position can be outsourced at a lower cost, regardless of experience, tenure, or performance, you are gone..with no alternatives.
