- Work life balance - Great benefits - Subsidized transport facility available - Opportunity to grow and learn Leadership team is employee centered so they have maintained employee centric culture and if you an initiative taken then it's a best organisation to work with as management is open for new ideas and encourage people to take initiatives and grow with the organisation.
Cons
It's been 2 years that I am working with the organisation but didn't find any cons yet as organisation culture is go good that you won't feel like quitting.
