In Chennai 1. Opportunity to grow with newer technologies 2. Approachable higher management 3. Flexitime. 4. Good colleagues 5. Flexible work arrangements like laptop, though wfh option was removed later. 6. No variable pay 7. Medical insurance for self and dependents
Cons
1. Internal politics that did not let Chennai branch grow. 2. Some projects lack direction where only processes exist and all that people do is talk talk and talk.
