Very unsettled environment. Treats crucial employee concerns (benefits, etc.) as transactions that can be automated. Awful communication - it's process over people, every day. Employees are pawns, not partners.

Bed bugs and roaches and fiberglass cuts on my

This job is close to my home and I only need it for 2 more months

Where to start. I have bed bug bites, I've caught multiple roaches going across my desk, I randomly have allergic reactions to whatever is in the air vents and 3/4 of the call center is not safe to work in because of a bed bug infestation and people kept getting fiberglass cuts sitting in them. The higher ups are racist & sexist (one man 'escorts' women in the office so consistently it hurts). There was news of a pay raise and a remodel 2 years ago. I have yet to see a change or a cleaning crew enter the two doors in about 9 months. Osha has visited us each quarter and we failed inspection 3 times. Please find another call center, this one is not worth it.
