In short: Just another poorly thought out, terribly ran, and ineptly upheld call center environment. And you could guess and 4-5 star review must be from a paid advocate/bot account/the lone people who were able to sell their soul to work this job
Employees are nothing but statistics.
Poor you if you get a schedule that conflicts with your life outside of this job.
Basically forced to move on to supporting more products even if you’re not ready.
You are blamed for nearly everything that affects your work, even if it’s wildly out of your control. And especially if it’s their tools.
Sure the people are nice but they have no power, so it’s like you can’t even rely on someone you like at work.
