      Pros

      - Clients we work with are incredible - Smart, ambitious people who have no trace of an ego - Learn something new everyday - Significant responsibility is given to employees of all ability levels - CEO, Mike, lives and breathes this company and his thoughtfulness, energy and ambition is contagious - The culture at Connected makes it easy to come to work everyday - I genuinely enjoy working with everybody at this company Any day of the week, I would be willing to give up the relative stability and predictability of a large corporation because I believe in the potential to grow Connected Lab into one of North America's pre-eminent Tech companies.

      - Smart team of talented people who care about the quality and impact of their work - Work with incredible clients using the newest emerging technologies - Fun to come into work everyday - Culture is very fun, tight-knit team that's supportive, collaborative and open - Amazing career growth - better than any other company I've been with before - Mentorship is something we do everyday - Pair programming helps to keep learning and teaching plus ensures quality code - Engineering culture is the best I've been a part of - Education credit for me to travel to conferences and take courses to keep learning - Leadership team cares about the team - Flat and fearless - everyone's opinions matter - Great office with pool table, ping pong, lounge, snacks and drinks - Company retreats, socials, trips and sports teams

      Pros

      - amazing growth, great mentorship. people here focus on quality and know how to execute across a variety of projects - extremely smart people, and at the same time kind, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Leadership team all lead by example! - fast controlled growth, huge opportunity to work with awesome clients

      Cons

      - the office has some minor problems; wifi isn't consistent in some areas of the office, ethernet ports aren't crimped, and some space is still un-utilized. but it's a nice big space for lots of stuff to come -
