Do not fulfill what is in the contract- speaking with coworkers, some had also experienced this. For example, shares promised in the contract were never given or less were given Middle management- not the sharpest tools in the shed. For the most part do not understand numbers and a few have serious trouble communicating in english, the company language Company culture- think theyre still a startup, act like theyre a startup, but they are not Relatively speaking- low pay and benefits

Pros

Good salary, talented coworkers, and competitive products. Leading the market and expanding worldwide very rapidly so you will get a lot of opportunities to glow or changing your career, but not in Mid-market team

Cons

Bad management, top down revenue target with nonsense number, no responsibility of director, fires if you won't achieve target or make a negative opinion for the business or system of organization. Those cause extremely low retention rate in mid-market.

Pros

Great benefits. Awesome office manager in Palo Alto.

Cons

Poor management; everything is run out of Paris so there is a lot of miscommunication. Terrible internal support. They have a rule that says you cannot switch roles until you have worked there for a year

Hi - thank you for your honest feedback. It's important to us so we know where we can focus our efforts. Firstly, glad you like the benefits and are giving our Office Manager a shout out! :) Separately, thanks for raising the concern around everything being run out of Paris. As with every company, some things will always need to be globally compliant whereas in other areas we're trying to develop independence within the regions. This is an area of high importance to us, so we do encourage you to discuss this in more detail with your manager or HR! Finally - the rule on internal transfers is a standard policy most companies have, and it essentially ensures that employees have sufficient time to prove themselves in a role as well as sufficient time to assess the company and the ideal opportunity for themselves before making another career move. Mobility (both local and international!) are an important investment we make, and we constantly have a high % of employees transfering across roles and countries. Hope we can find the right career growth opportunity for you after you've completed your year in your current role! Again - appreciate your feedback and candour, it's important to us so we can continue to improve.
