Pros

potential (!) to earn some good money, if you over-perform

Cons

literally everything else. The daily pressure is incredibly high, they are kicking people out from one second to the next every single week. Managers do not care about anything else but their own bonus. Complaints are not being taken serious. Chaotic and competitive.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Criteo. We continue to work on developing our culture and to get qualitative and quantitative feedback from our team members through listening sessions, regular engagement and manager surveys to understand how our team members feel. We strive to create tangible action plans to continue to improve on the employee experience. We believe that our team members are more than just a number, and at the heart of what we do. We’re sorry to hear this wasn’t your experience with us. We are a target driven business, but we work to support our team members in achieving their objectives in a balanced way. We work to assess performance of our employees in a fair and consistent way and where transitions occur, we aim to do so with fairness and integrity.

Pros

Beautiful offices, very international environment, highly cooperative mindset, and new CEO that might change things for good. Competitive salaries.

Cons

Completely unclear roles and responsibilities, with multiple organisational changes decided with absolutely no thinking about the consequences, and no link to strategy (whatever the strategy is). Very disappointed with the lack of vision, the huge amount of politics and ego involved, and the bad execution of any kind of innovation whatsoever - pretty inconvenient for a tech company!

Firstly, thank you so much for taking the time to submit your honest feedback. Every bit of feedback creates an important opportunity for us to learn where we can continue to improve. We are disappointed to hear that overall you seem to be having a negative experience at Criteo. We strongly encourage you to discuss your concerns directly with your manager, or with your People Partner, so that we have the chance to understand them in more detail and address them appropriately.

Pros

CEO with vision and business sense

Cons

My manager didn't even say goodbye when I left. Extremely micromanaged environment - even small decisions have to be a approved by the manager and the level above. If you are not French, it's extremely hard to get a promotion. Backstabbing environment, where many people are just looking out to impress their managers.
