When you’re off!! This company is horrible!

The managers speak to you any kind of way. No respect is shown or given. They expect you to work like a slave and show progress right then and there. HR is a joke! They go back and tell all your business to management so definitely don’t trust HR!!!

None!!! Working for PHL was an absolute joke. Management is a complete waste. Don't work for this branch...they work you to death and still bother you!!

Cons

Too many to list. PHL management is no good. Always breathing down your neck and pass the buck! If you don't want to gave any life for yourself at all, then work for them. They will be sure yo keep you extremely busy and extremely stressed!!

The other forklift drivers seem to be pretty good people.

Cons

Where to begin! Management so far in my short while there have lied about multiple things. The mandatory ot is a complete joke working 6 days a week 12 hour shift. Unless you don’t desire any time for yourself or your family this is your place, otherwise if you can I’d steer as far away as possible!!
