If They Loose The Contract - They Throw The Staff On The Fire

Schenker recently lost the TESLA contract to DHL. The management have just thrown the staff on the fire. The fault of losing the contract was down to senior management arguing with TESLA. The senior management, then blamed the staff working on the TESLA contract. They even blocked the TESLA staff from applying for work on other contracts. They've did not even let go, the agency staff from other contracts to make way for the Full-Timers from the TESLA contract

Competitive salary, not too bad. Colleagues are mostly quite helpful. Sufficient upgrading of skill

Cons

Super high turnover rate across multiple departments (HR, IT, etc..) due to lack of manpower, high workloads & stress. Even management trainees choose to leave the company... Most systems used here are bad compared to other companies. Some from leaders are rude and unpleasant, therefore causing anxiety and stress to others. Excessive workloads are passed down from top to people working below them.

Some people care actually care but dare not speak out Good facilities , Company systems in place but not used Lack of pressure from management. Salaries paid on time

Cons

Lack of visibility or Vision, no accountability on site. No one seems to care , poorly / non led management teams , bullying and victimisation is accepted . Senior team appears to ignore problems and culture
