Great Company but poor management

Great company to work with. Lots of benefits, company gives support to your mental and physical health. There are several trainings available related to your positions and different matters as well. They are flexible, you have plenty of opportunities to grow.

Cons

The management of some of the teams is really poor. Is a shame how a good company will lose so many good employees because of some managers and team leaders.
