People are very territorial, which causes a lack of cooperation. Some management at PA-TX are rude and like to intimidate personnel. Lack of training is a major problem. A very large company, so guidance is limited.

this company has teams in departments and if you have issue with your manager, they can make your life hell and you have no other way to quit or get frustrated to rage quit. in other words, if you go to HR and complain, they will know and make it more difficult for you. i dont see any way you can reach to someone for help to get you going. i will suggest to be careful before signing.
