There were some great coworkers I got to meet while I worked there.

Cons

There had been a previous director that was too headstrong on old traditions, especially being in office/face to face. I don't doubt that it can have its benefits, but I genuinely believe some jobs/positions can function and perform the same if remote or hybrid/in office.
