Extremely high turnover. "It's not what you signed up for" is a common remark by new hires and many details are left out about the position. They hire under a blanket term of warehouse clerk and put people in a position they've no experience in and expect high results immediately. Training was lacking in many ways and you're left to fend for yourself and hope you don't get fired. You can get by with asking coworkers for help. Mandatory Saturdays will cut into your personal time, regardless if you've plans or not, or get written up for it and lose a point (you get 10). I've had to tell another employer on one of the busiest days of the year that I couldn't show up and that hurt them. Management told everyone that mandatory Saturdays would be greatly reduced or eliminated due to additional support and that turned out to be a lie. The warehouse has extremely high noise pollution and it's hard to get to know anyone due to such high turnover.
