Pros

Many OT work = fast earned salary. Fun and understanding co-workers.

Cons

Shortage of manpower resulting to too much workload for an individual. Biased supervisors who don't seem to appreciate those who work hard. Terrible workplace etiquette. No work-life balance. Bad influence from some co-workers and supervisors are not helping.

This is a company which gives u lots of free play to plan for your personal growth and also provide good benefits to support a personal upgrade. Managers are supportive as they are keen to investigate any issues their staff is facing.

Cons

Sometimes the dept can be too big for managers to know more of her/his individual staff growth. Is better for staff to be more pro-active to engage with their managers

you get overtime and you have job security good pay 14.35 start off 15.35 at 6 months 16.10 at one year nice people always provide with water

Cons

in the warehouse its very humid and hot so bring a gallon of water call overtime at last 2 hours of the day every day works weekends sometimes 7 days a week there is no ventilation so its really still hot air for runing 24 hours a day i keep asking for new fans but they say it cost money to get that one claims to pay for his own fan and still denied for a fan on his forklift people fighting over forklifts with fans but they give Popsicle at brake time and Gatorade now they dont allow and thing but water in the wear house no phones or electronic deveice
