Big corporate in debt - not recommended

There’s nothing good to say about this company, specially now that is for sale and with a big debt (which is no secret)

Cons

As a big corporate there’s big and hostile attitudes around management and very poor leadership in operations. They recently let go 28 people out of massive debt pretty much kicking them out of the offices immediately. They truly see the employees just as numbers not people.

They micro manage. Complain that the employees are not working hard enough or fast enough. Training was not enough or clear enough. Once you start on your own you are supposed to work as if you have been there for 5 years, Not possible since each company requires different needs,
