Work Culture and Alignment Challenges I joined Schenker 5 yearsback with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience has been challenging although I have left the company and today I got the call from one of my friend who is also facing the issue who is currently working there. Work Culture: The work culture at Schenker appears to face issues of favourtism, particularly in promotions. It seems that promotions are often linked to reference employees, creating an environment that lacks fairness and equal opportunities. Alignment and Handovers: Aligning work can be a struggle due to a lack of clear communication and coordination. Additionally, new employees face challenges as proper handovers are not consistently provided, making it difficult for them to smoothly integrate into their roles.
