Easy to get a full time contract. Not possible to lose the job easily. Reduced public transport. Home office within Germany

Cons

Prefering employing students over exeprienced people, paying more students then experienced people, not employing professionals in key roles, endless never ending projects, managment lacks of business knowledge, experience not valued.

Pays well. Raises are ok. Management is ok. Great opportunity to gain skills at customer site to find better jobs.

Cons

High turnover rate. People with experience passed up for promotions. New people getting paid more than people the have been there for years. New hire training new hires.
