Pros

Easy to get a full time contract. Not possible to lose the job easily. Reduced public transport. Home office within Germany

Cons

Prefering employing students over exeprienced people, paying more students then experienced people, not employing professionals in key roles, endless never ending projects, managment lacks of business knowledge, experience not valued.

Pros

Good company with a stable business; A good place to work if you want just a job, nothing more, no career or opportunity to improve further; Very nice headquarter in Bucharest, an old building that was completely refurbished.

Cons

"the old way of doing business". no willigness to make progress, no broader view; The major downside is for the ones who want and who can make a difference, the managers have no perspective of the future; No digital background, no digital knowledge or the willigness to learn; Few or none opportunities to improve your skills.
