It's a two year job lease

Cons

They lie and play mind games on the employees , the LMS that they have is designed for you to fail , they mandatory OT when your already working 12hrs , they ask the employees about harrasment in the job field but nothing is said about the company harrasing the employees , DB Schenker in Shippensburg PA has such a unemployment rate it's unreal real , nothing but a revolving door , we're just human commodities that company , highly recommend not working there , the sign out front says now hiring , it should say now Firing , enuff said.

Pros

You will learn the basics and fundamentals of transportation and logistics business from some of the best operations people in the industry. Compensation is adequate and in line with the industry. Financially stable company with strong backing from the DB group.

Cons

Slow to react to the market. Poor IT systems, which create more work for operators and provide zero visibility to customers. Top Management has created a toxic culture, it is a take it or leave organization.

Great people to work with who are non management. The atmosphere is relaxed. You get a paycheck. Just stay long enough though to find a great career somewhere else.

Cons

NO raises, no raises, oh did I mention no raises yet!!!! Also Management will not listen to what you say. if you are great at your job, they actually punish you with an obscene amount of work.
