Good overtime pay. Good line and shift supervisors. Overall production line work fair. Good Hard work. Plenty of work to do, little or no lag time.

Cons

Production quotas unrealistic. Too much overtime . High turn over. Preferential treatment for some workers. Machinery inadequate for workload. Unfair practice for work related injuries.
