Great Employees, Horrible Upper Management

Pros

The pay is pretty good once your there a while. You have the freedom of picking which area you like to work in, Refer or Dry goods. Great hourly employees that are hard working.

Cons

Although middle management has good intentions, it's a numbers game. Whatever you have to do to get your numbers. Quality suffers and management always blames the employees, They're always changing the schedules on you so you can't plan anything except to work. Upper management and HR is very pompous and can't figure out why they have such a high turnover rate. Older employees constantly whine when they have to pick and expect the younger employees to pick up their slack.

The compressed work schedules are awesome. The culture here is safe and friendly. The vacation time given is very nice. Great Location.
