Business casual everyday for non Client facing positions. Opportunities to grow your skills and learn internal systems during down time. Interacting with International teams.

Cons

Volume of work and Shift hours to support international countries (Compensated with shift allowance). Mediocre monthly performance bonus. Open office layout with shared PCs for those on shifts.

Pros

Company treats you really really well. They have an amazing work life balance. The hours are great! Free food 2-3 times a month always a plus. If you are looking to travel the world this is a great place to start. you can move around in the company fairly easily.

Cons

The pay isn't all that good, and the commissions for sales is really slow. It is done quarterly so if you miss quota, you will be waiting 6 months for a pay out.

Free trip to CVG. They take training very serious . I haven’t found a company yet that matches they’re dedication to training

Cons

Upper management sleeping with each other . So It’s very messy and not a healthy work space
