There is a serious lack of capable individuals at every site I have ever been to. That said, moving laterally in this company is easy enough if you have any sense.

Cons

A lot of politics within management at every site. Usually, GMs are too busy to notice their supervisors are incompetent.

atmosphere, benefits, assignment of work, independence (I do know my targets, then it depends on me which path I choose to achieve them)

Cons

depends on place of work and each department too Personally I would appreciate discovering cpecific goal needed to be reached for raising my salary
