      Pros

      Great pay, decent benifits (but the get worse year over year) i'm pretty sure that's just about everywhere though.

      Cons

      Middle management is weak weak weak, gotta be in the right clicks to get anywhere, Ken Allen seems to be trying to fix it with the CIM (Certified International Manager) program, but it's going to take 10 years to even begin to change the actual working environment.

      It was a great opportunity. I given a chance to learn many of my own strengths and weaknesses

      Upward mobility was very limited in my department. The company was downsizing and moving operations overseas.
