      Pros

      Great pay, decent benifits (but the get worse year over year) i'm pretty sure that's just about everywhere though.

      Cons

      Middle management is weak weak weak, gotta be in the right clicks to get anywhere, Ken Allen seems to be trying to fix it with the CIM (Certified International Manager) program, but it's going to take 10 years to even begin to change the actual working environment.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
