The senior management is not involved and is confused changing direction too much. Business competition increasing so margin under pressure.

Good pay, and good health benefits.

Cons

Good pay only if you are and benefits only if your working, DHL love to hire on call people and when they say on call....Its really on call. One month you have health benefits, and pay is good.. The next month your struggle to make ends meat, and your on cobra for $600 a month. DHL love keeping Wall Street (Slave Drivers Of The System) happy. It's not right that a company that Profits BILLIONS and BILLIONS. Can't even keep its worker Health benefits going month to month. Can't even give a minimum weekly pay..
