Pros
One of the best customers attitudes you will experience in customer service. Great co-works, and helpful leads on the floor.
Cons
Not the best training. There are various outdated applications that you support, and the training over covered maybe 75% of them. The remaining were learned through coworkers; however you will be held responsible for knowing them. The managers will micro manage your work as well your actions on the floor.
