Great work life balance and benefits.

Cons

Boring outdated work environment. Very old school, simple minded mentality from senior management. Outdated and broken internal processes, unqualified people in very high or low positions. They lack structure and knowledge of best practices. Very redundant work and you won't learn much here or acquire any new skills.

Pros

- For the most part, coworkers are helpful and friendly. - Decent pay for an entry-level position.

Cons

- As one other reviewer have mentioned, environment can sometimes feel like you've been transported back to high school. - High turnover rate (there's a reason for this) - Does not matter how many calls you make or if you're hitting/exceeding targets, they can still fire you within the 3-month probation period without providing any reason. - Sales position is competitive, but people become too cut throat and others' morals start becoming questionable (although, if management likes you, they turn a blind eye). - Managers are useless and at times unprofessional (ie. playing favourites)
