They promote and guide you actively, the culture is very international and diverse, If you like an international enviroment, this is the one to choose

Cons

lots of changes during the year, sometimes confusing who is doing what. As in a big company lots of layers and different departments impacting your work, Global headoffice has a strong role in local operations
