      Pros

      Good people to work with and good management seem to keep their people first in all aspects. Will work with time off and needs of employees

      Cons

      Long hours, working sun up till sun down most days and some weekend work. Large coverage area and low amount of drivers. Too many express packages and expedited deliveries on each route

      Its a great working atmosphere, footballs flying, cheering and such. Its a great job for a recent college grad. And an awesome Resume Builder. Good job to start learning how the Corporate world works

      Boring job, company sometimes doest pay employees their bonus, and its a closed minded set or co workers. When you're and over achiever and want more out of life they look at you and treat you weird

      Good benefits package. Good hourly rate for part time work. Union job.

      Cons

      Not enough full time help. Not enough hours for part time help. Many part timers doing full time work for part time pay/hours. Management too focused on KPIs and procedures, rather than focusing in issues that directly improve service or customer perception of the company. Fleet is poorly maintained, trucks being used that are in such poor shape that the company should be embarrassed to have the public see them in service. Management often talks down to employees. Management is more concerned about going over payroll budget than using the amount of hours it takes to do the job properly.
