      work load was great,nothing over whelming .

      Cons

      very low pay for all the certifications they required,very minimal hours,2 year waiting period to receive medical benefits and on top of all that you still have to pay union dues

      Has a wonderful working culture, if you wonder how to impact society as well as you develop yourself, this is the right place. I fell in love with the culture. Right First time, Fast, Can do & Passion. There are so much to do, the global network is awesome, you can easily be talking with people from around the 220 countries we are. Many people I met were brilliant. Also, there is a big chance you can start an international career, so very much effort is your best card. Living a best day everyday. You can also be part of international training abroad.

      Cons

      In Perú, the salary. Unfortunately as an Engineer the market has as overall higher salary than I received. Although i had an adjust due to my effort (Pro: they value your effort). There are many things to do and sometimes the team does not response as required. It is frustrating when your colleagues do not want to give that extra mile and there is no pressure from the leaders.
